ABOUT CAROLYN

Carolyn has a natural way of making people feel at ease — strangers don’t stay strangers for long. She values connection, shared experiences, and finding joy in both the big moments and the quiet ones in between.

When she’s not planning weddings, she’s usually dreaming about travel (preferably somewhere with blue water and sand), discovering great local food, or enjoying time at home with her husband — often whatever he’s cooking on the grill. She loves sunny days spent outside just as much as cozy nights in.

Professionally, Carolyn brings more than 20 years of experience planning and coordinating weddings to every wedding she helps bring to life.

 

 She is also the co-owner of Boardwalk Entertainment, a long-standing Hampton Roads DJ and photo booth company, which gives her a unique, behind-the-scenes understanding of timelines, vendors, and how wedding days truly flow.

As a wedding planner and coordinator, Carolyn is calm, organized, and deeply invested in her couples’ experience. She manages the details so her clients can stay present, relaxed, and fully enjoy their day.
